I emailed Ministry of the Attorney General, asking if a lawsuit can be filled against CIC for our situations. Their response is as followed:

I am really frustrated with the CIC situation, I wonder what you guys think about a lawsuit against CIC, could there be any positive outcomes.

just to share with you guys.. my friend's friend who works in ottawa office but other dept gave info that ottawa is working on april 2012 files for pakistanis... he says that there is a different dept made specially for pakistanis.. i dont know how correct this info is since i have not seen a single case dealt my ottawa

maybe they forwarded the case to Isl for visa ..and that is taking time?

hey dino5541.....my file was transfered in jan 2012....didn't hear from CIC till now...MP says dat security check is going on...God knows when dis checking will end...fingers crossed
