Just detailed history of my two trips to Pakistan, one for marraige and one after marraige. lots of phots, phone logs, emails. But abhi tak wait hi kar rahi hoon for any kind of response from Immigration. One thing I have not done is to call the CIC agent and inquire on the location of my file, whether its being worked on in Ottawa or Islamabad.

Your step 1 approval letter didn't say if your file was going to ISL or Ottawa?

i hope everyone is doing good. I am saddened to see so many of us on the same train. I applied for my wife and received the confirmation letter in July 2012. I don't know where my file is right now, haven't recieved any updates yet. I applied from mississauga. By far this time has been pretty hard both on me and my wife. We fought our marriage and now this, but I guess this is life, you can't complain. Allah ka shuker hay!!!

Is approval letter different than confirmation letter where they give us a UCI number?

I tried a TRV once but got rejected, but I have learnt what I was missing. I will try again as I am used to of fighting for my rights lol ;D... remember me in your prayers.

Would you like to share what you learned from your initial application for TRV, the reason for rejection?

Instead of using our tongue on useless talk, we should pray our namaaz on time and make dua for ourself and all brothers and sisters, who are waiting for there wives and husbands to inshallah bring all of us togather. That will only happen if we come closer to allah. I hope i didn't didn,t offend anyone in what i am saying and if i did i ask allah to forgive me and all of us and bring all of us close to our wives and husbands.

the letter states the file is transferred to Isl howver email is from Ott pilot and some ppl on this forum mentioned that if email come from OTT Pilot then it means my file stays there

Naqibee,Sent Email to them on both emails addresses Ottawa & CHC-Islamabad, I hope they will reply you on your email regarding your file status.
