now days usually request came from london,,and when they request u for pcc didnt they sent u address coz in my email they mention both email address and postal for london office

I got medical req from 1st address mentioned at the bottom of email.
And pcc from 2nd address mentioned at the bottom of email.
Thats y i m confused . Both requests were in two seperate emails.
