2 days ago i got an email from CIC asking to send my son's birth form.
we orignally sent 2 parcels, first one in october containing marriage registration certificate and Fee receipt and a letter asking to give us time for my son's birth form from ontario, but luckly after 1 week we got the birth form and we sent it in 2nd parcel which was reciived on 5th november. now im pretty sure from the email they send me that they did not open the 2nd package and emailed me on the basis on 1st parcel.they have given us 2 months to submit.which w already have.
now i have the tracking number and the cover letter from Laywer, now question is should i inform CIC about this right away or should i wait for my laywer to do it?
he is out of his office for sure becaue of holidays.
and if i should do then what should i right in the email? like specifically?

My 1st question is that an officer is assigned to my application or not yet ? Or if yes then is NXR is my officer ?
2nd question how much Tim will take to remedial request or next step .
3rd question And any 1same timeline and get something please share it

Is my file in Islamabad Pakistan or in London Visa Office?
If yes so when it has been forwarded to London Visa Office?

I Got Reply 4 days ago i.e.

Dear Applicant,
Please be advised that this application awaits the review of an Immigration Officer, which I expect will take place shortly. We will be in contact with the applicant in due course.

The last pages of your notes has a heading NOTES. Here it will state the reason your in Interview Queue.

I already check the whole file thoroughly there is no reason mention for interview in NOTES

Another question how many times after initial review VO review our files?

Here is the break down for Spouse Application Fees

Permanent Resident Visas – Fees
Family Class applicants

Sponsorship application $75 (submitted with initial application)
Principal applicant $475 (submitted with initial application)
Spouse CORRECTION it's $490 $550 (RPRF this means that visa has been approved)

Well, they conducted interviews in Nov 14 and as observed the next batch of interviews are in January.

No one knows how many times. They review it once and put a bring forward date. Then they review it again but its usually after the date. So if they have asked for any docs, they will review it on the BF date.
