I should send the passport photocopies to LDN office too by email right??

Is there a chart in that email or in the attachment that has rows and columns? It should be a chart with headings Prinicpal Applicant .... Spouse .... Dependent 1 .... Dependent 2 .... Dependent 3 .... Dependent 4....

That is what you need to send after filling in those particulars.

Now if you dont see that chart then like some other members you got PPR2 which requires u to postal mail the passport to Islamabad with the return label .... this seems the case to me since they did not provide a chart and are saying to submit the passport with label address within 7 days.

I suggest you submit your passport to Islamabad.

My wife got remedial request today Nov 8, 2014.
She has to travel to Islamabad to do the exam from Peshawar. The email says bring 4 photos (if the e medical then no needs to bring it) I checked the CIC website Islamabad medical center is not listed as e-medical. Should she take photo with her in case needed?

Yes she should take photos with her just be to on safer end. But that is also true that if your visa office has asked for remed/Med then you do not need to bring Photos as that is done online and the person there captures your photo.
E-Medical ceter is something else, in your case e-med means that your case will now be updated electronically as the penal will have the info of your wife sent by her VO and they will correspond ONLINE

I am also very very worried, as june, may and april applicants are receiving remeds and PPRs,,,,but not feb 2013 ones....its really unfair and sad....

who is the principal applicant and who is the spouse ,partner common law partner and dependent of the principal applicant ?
who have to fill in schedule a form ? applicant , baby or spouse

principal applicant is the person who is in Pakistan
sponsor is the one who is in Canada
dependents are the children

either one of you can fill out all the paperwork, all you have to make sure is that which form is asking for the information about whom... so just make sure that u fill out the form that requires applicants information to be done with the applicants information and not the sponsor's... and vice versa... as long as the right and proper information is going into the forms, it doesnt matter who fills it in...

there are only three locations for medicals in Pakistan so far... ISL LHR & KHI and none of them are e-medical facilities as far as i know... so do take about 6 recent pp sized photos stamped with the date to them. best of luck.

I have a question. I got my passport renewd, so should I update london visa office about my new passport or wait for ppr and let them know at that time. Secondly if I have to update London office then should I email them the passport copy or post it. Thanks.
