u better have some visits done to your spouse... and rukhsati performed... (generally speaking) idk y our people don't understand that you have to make ur case strong, even parents and family etc say oh don't go visit the spouse yet, u will hear something in the next 2-3 months etc... heck i know it is costly to go back, and that our relationships and culture wise things are genuine, but remember you have to understand that the visa officer has a different set of goggles on... they dont look at things the same way that our people/culture does...

Mine is not a nikkah only case and my wife stayed with me for most part. She went back 4 months ago and i got remed request on aug 16 2014 which they submitted on 6th sept and i applied in aug 2012. Ecas is inprocess. She'll comeback in November if i dont get ppr soon.

Dear forum members.Thanks for every one who brings positivity, knowledge and hope to every one .I am following this since 2013 and writing first time. I sponsored my husband from Pakistan. Application filed Nov 14 2013.AOR Received Dec 16 2013.File Transfer to London 27 Jan 2014.My husband moved from home town to Islamabad and he notified London office change of address by mail in April and London visa update address in August.
In the same area he recently changed his place and he is also using another phone number which is not listed on the application due to not good network connection in that specific area. He also took some English courses from NUML University which was biggest reason moving from small town.
My question is should we inform visa office about this or not ? If yes should I use email rather than mailing to them.
If you could provide me email address as well.
Please guide us. Thanks

Guys I have a question..I have sent the English nikah Nama and ,marriage certificate which is in eng Urdu both..but I have seen I n this forum that they are requesting for urdu nikah Nama from those who have send the English nikah Nama? Is that right? Or they are requesting urdu nikah Nama from those who have send the English translation of Urdu nikah Nama.? So plz answer me because if they r requesting urdu nikah Nama..to mai Kahan se laoun coz humny to Sirf English main nikah Nama banwaya hai??

even people who only had english nikkah nama got request for urdu nikkah nama,,recently one member sent them union council certificate and email explaining that they only have english one ,,so lets see wht answer he will get.

then u have nothing to worry about, just be patient... if u do have further plans of travel then email them and let them know politely of ur intentions... that u r visiting for this time to that time... ur proof of travel, and if they can be nice enough to do something about it... and see what happens... u gotta bug them in a positive manner...

for interview take all ur evidence and ur passport and passport size photos along with you... and try to convince them right there right then that ur case is genuine... u might get things done within a month...

Oh thnx that's a good point!! We actually filled our nikah Nama in English coz we didn't know that they would ask for only urdu nikah Nama besides they should know that a nikah Nama can be in English as well and for their ease we did that!! Sigh That's CIC
