That is true. It is different for every case. Unless you are missing information, USUALLY AORs from VO are not sent.

yaaar I got a question .. ye AOR ka kia scene hai? ek 2012 ka case from here got AOR in june 2012 with a request to fill some forms and got PPR request in sept 2012 .. I heard not everyone gets AOR

i called dem three weeks ago n dats wen dey said dere is note saying dey need more time fr assessment n i got soo depressed n den m js like i wont contact dem esp till tmrw cx i ve mi last exam.. n m js trying to pray ALot... only Allah can help man .. n understamd our situations :'(

Why AOR not sent nowadays

AOR from visa office ISB was somewhat halted in mid 2011. (some applicants still got AOR). Mostly, applicants would receive an AOR after file transfer from their respect VO. Suddenly it stopped (reason unclear). CPP-O never sent AOR (nor did you even know your file was in Ottawa unless researched). However, there are some cases were AOR was provided and most of those cases have been or being cleared.

Cpp-O is working, many "american" fellows are landing within 3-5 months. (especially fellow Buffalo applicants). I haven't seen any progress for the pakistani community as of yet. November 2011, is the earliest applications transferred to Ottawa for processing....

As-salamu alaykum, everyone. first time on this website.. i read through many pages on this thread, a lot of people are saying contact MP,visa office or Ottawa to find out if they have ur application. do i really need to do this and who should i contact of them 3?
