JUST PR card you said? This just PR card takes alot proccessing time for british people too ...11 month processing time if you can see. British citizen can only stay in canada more then 6 months if he or she has work permit other wise he has to exit from canadian bordor

A British Citizen can live in Canada Permanent with just a Permanent Residence Card. But when they want to become a Canadian Citizen they must apply to become a Citizen in Canada. There are not many restrictions when a person is a British Citizen and they can apply for a work permit while in Canada.

Does anyone know if someone gets a Passport Request (via email) so can he/she submit their passport within canada? (since I'm already here on TRV) or I must travell to Pakistan for further process.

Also does anyone here sent there Passport anywhere else except Islamabad embassy?
those of you who already have received passport request, could you please share that PPR email excluding your personal information? I wanna see if theres is anything they mention of submitting passport outside Islamabad?

I spoke with someone on Thursday and they said if all is calm it will be open... In Sha Allah

Inshallah it will be open and they finish processing the final stages of applicants' files. inshallah! Ameen

I am an august 2012 applicant. I received a remedical request today. I am really excited. I dont know how long will it take for PPr now. What does experienced ppl think? how long will it take?

I just heard from my neighbour his brother did nikkah last year.they applied on dec2013.now she got visa today.total processing time 7 months.crazy london visa officers no first come first serve.we can only pray

Its a husband case. We applied on Aug 8th 2012 to be exact. Never heard anything. Never ordered notes. Email was sent on saturday morning from London. I just checked it. I hope i get ppr soon now and i hope everyone of you get your pprs soon too.

Unfortunately, the applicant will have to return to the country of origin.

There is no other embassy that will stamp visa instead of CHC-Islamabad.

You can't mail your passport from another country (Canada) to Pakistan. It is not accepted.
