CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Hello all,
Here is an update of our case.
We ordered GCMS notes last month.
Today when I got them,
Alham Du Lillah i saw notes from visa officer approving our case and giving positive cooment s a out our marriage (of course its genuine marriage with our Two Canadian born sons).
In the notes visa officer JC01774 has updates
his notes on 17june and
Assigned to KM9083 with due date july 17.
In assessment the criminality is also written :In progress while in the
Two months previous notes the criminality was not started.
Also in yhe latest notes officer said that "PLEASE EXEMP RELEASE UNDER
ATI ACT 16(1).
Also saying that
Cost recovery paid: RPRF Outstanding
Meds: In Progress, will cancel and ussue new meds.
Foss check done.
FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS REQUESTED:

Updated forms
Updated p/c
B/C of children (long forms)
Copy of sponsor ppt with entry exit stamps
Post wedding pics
.
Plz reply why even after two months we didnt get any letter or email from cic even though in the notes the officer has asked to send medical and add doc request.

Like waiting 101 suggested above try looking in your inboxes. If you can't find it I suggest you gather your documents and send London what they have listed under notes. They are anticipating these documents from you within how many days they have mentioned ... 30 days maybe? ... and they're not aware you are looking for their request email.

So I wouldn't waste any time if I were you and would expedite sending those above mentioned documents.

Dear All.

I got passport request from LVO stating 2step procedure to submit passport mentioning Pakistani law of not sending passports outside country.



Application submitted on Aug 2013
Medical request April 2014
Request for passport July 2014

Did u check all ur inboxes and junk mail?? If not then maybe email london office or send a case specific inquiry showing them this proof from gcms .. Tell them u didnt receive anything .. Is there anything under incoming or outgoing ?? Look at that carefully .. U dont wanna see a comment like we asked for repcc and remed but didnt get anything

Plz note that:
1) our file was never trans to LVO, Its in Isbd from August 2013
2) Under the outgoing section in GCMS notes they said that they are sending
The new meds and updated form and other documents.
3) they do have started the criminality check in june 2014 as it states criminality check in progress
4) visa officer gave all the positive comments abt our marriage and asked for exemptions from
Police certificate and another documents

5) I checked all the mail boxes and also my husband checked all the mailboxes we provided
To cic but no corresspondance yet.

6) As our case is not in LVO hence I emailed isbd and ottawa and notified them abt the situation.

Need prayers I guess.

Hey i guess its normal for them to take that long i remember when i ordered notes in nov2013 i saw note from visa officer to ask for medical and some addional documents ..visa officer put that note in october and i ddint receive actual request until jan2014...JUst double check outgoing section if nothing is there then i guess its normal they are just slow...

No i dont think so because my remed came from LVO and they attached a form with it with my info already there .. Maybe thats a requirement for remed.. Lets see what others say

I have heard all 2013 cases are directed to LVO within a month or two. From there the London visa processing time applies i.e 9 months.
All other cases before 2013 are in backlock in Isb Visa office.

2013 ones may find faster processing time.

In my opinion, they dont ask for the medical request in FC1 cases (spousal case)

so just call IOM and get a date from them to get the medical done.

Yes thats true. I forgot this detail for remed .... if the info is prepopulated chances are you are right about it being a requirement to do.a.remed.

they doo .. there are only a few lucky people who's case get completed within 12 months other wise id say 99% of the visas come after remed .

its good that you are past that hurdle only remed and ppr left .. When I received my notes after remed request.. under comments i saw on 7th may they deemed my marriage bonafide and someone said to order repcc and remed plus schedule A and I got the request on the same day ..
