Well we want to do Rukhsati after getting the visa and this is what we mentioned when they requested additional documents.
Today she has also received Re-medical request.
I know a guy who did his Rukhsati after coming to Canada and he wasnt even interviewed during the entire spousal sponsorship process.. So they still are accepting Nikkah case even without interview.

They are accepting nikah cases and will continue do so as all you need is nikah nama for your marriage to be legal. They can't refuse something that is legal.
Interview is to access the genuineness of the marriage not it's legitimacy.You guys should be fine, Goodluck.

It's sad and frustrating we have been made to believe that rukhsati instead of nikah is real proof of marriage, thus outsiders judge the same way. And the families aren't cooperative enough to let the wife stay at husband's place after just nikah or girl's parents agreeing to keep the girl with them during the whole process.

An other week passed and no update from London or Islamabad.

Last week of may-2014 is going start.

Weekend looks very boring as wait...wait...no update.

This one is easy.

Nikah-only case = Interview. (the Obvious reason).

Pretty sure they wanna ask why the marriage is not yet consummated.
Have you still not had rukhsati in 28 months since date of Nikah?

Did you order [GCMS] case notes ? If not, better do so to find out their concerns.

Best for your wife to know EVERY detail about you(sponsor), and of course your future plans about Rukhsati, etc.
If Rukhsati is already arranged, she should carry the details/cards/arrangement evidence, etc.

And to take any recent proof of cohabilitation(or time spent together), such as photos, visits, etc.
Anything to show your relationship is genuine. Other than that, her personal/educational certificates/degrees, etc....

That's all you need to know. We had ordered gcms notes so we knew they questioned our Nikka since it was going 4 years without visit. (I applied for my wife 2 yrs after Nikka) and never went to visit since. But alhamdolillah we did rukhsati this month and all is good in my world now. You can go through my previous posts and you'll see detailed interview info.

My wife received an email from London Visa office requesting our Rukhsati pictures within 30 days. I sent them our Rukhsati Pictures on behalf of my wife on May 16 and they received them on May 23.

I am hoping after this step my wife will be getting medical and visa Insha Allah!!!

hi, this lends credibility to your earlier post where you said that files that were transferred from islamabad to london needed more work.
king gujjar has been asked to send more rukhsati pics- so they were not satisfied with what he sent initially..

Did your order GCMS notes?

I ordered those in March and received in April. Nothing had started except for transfer of file from ISB to LVO. Just wondering if I should order it again to see whats happening, medical expired in December 2013 and no remed request yet.

This proves Islamabad did not work any thing expect collection of documents and then DUST.
London is doing re-work or starting work on applications.

This is TOP Insanity by Islamabad.
