CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

Sad indeed. Parents sponsorship doesn't even take this long these days. But keeping spouse away for this long is very inhumane.

I have sent every type of proof possible of my ongoing relationship with my wife for the past 4 years but I don't know how long it will take for my wife to finally come to Canada. Alot of people have been deterred from marrying in Pakistan due to the long waiting period of sponsorship. I really hope inshAllah that she comes to Canada as soon as possible.

not only in asia but in other countries people do believe in nazar,,,when my son was born in usa my next door neighbour she is american she told me before my son's birth that don't tell any one that ur having son people get jealous and when i came from hospital she gave me one metal pendent she said put that on door of ur house so no BAD eye (bure nazar) will impact ur son,,,and she was purely american woman of 50 years old

You could get the passport back within 2 months but I have heard of cases where they hold onto the passport for 3 to 4 Months. Just thank Allah that you have been approved. I applied for my wife to come to Canada on December 2010 and she still has not got her visa yet.

Yah that's proven from hadith...n our Prophet (PBUH) once was the victim of it...! so there must be no doubt about evil eye...! that exist!
