CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2012 -2013

I applied in August 2013 and at the end of the month they replied me back that ur file is been transferring to Islamabad and 2 weeks ago I email at London visa office to find out about my file and they reply me back that we received ur application and it's in the queue.

I have a question.. n its related to FSW category ..
If one applies in FSW category, does he need to give police clearance certificate from all countries where he has lived for more than 6 months ? What if the person ws in USA for 1.5 yrs on visit visa which was obviously extended ! Coz its not possible to provide police certificate from USA as the visit visa has expired and one can't get visit visa easily these days !
and this was around 9 years back ! Recently since past 9 yrs the person has been staying in pak at one address (no changes at all)

If anyone has info regarding this pls guide me .. thanks.

i have spent almost 2 years in USA and i didnt send FBI clearance certificate...i ask two consultant and they told me that its not necessary to get FBI report ..

when was your file transferred to London, England? The remedical request came from Islamabad or London when you had your medical in October?

I am not sure. I enquired about it with London Embassy in March and they acknowledged it by saying they have my file. The remedica request came from Islamabad back in October 2013

know wht u guys suggest can i apply for FBI clearnce and send that to CIC ,,if yes then how can i get that

You should have sent it with app - if you have mentioned that you lived in US for 2 years in the forms ( or they find out ) - this will delay your app as they will request for it
Get it done ASAP and keep it handy, always make 2-3 fingerprints as they are very sensitive - and fail to scan at times
I assume you are being sponsored then not sure what kinda consultants did you ask as they are totally wrong
You an go to any authorized fingerprinting agency, where are you located now?

Another reason why immigration consultants/lawyers are useless! I know someone who applied for spousal in 2009 and lived in US for more than an year, they did not attach their PCC and it delayed their case by an year. First time through, the finger prints weren't clear enough and FBI sent a letter back indicating they need to redo the finger prints (wasting a few months).

Not trying to scare you, but it might be beneficial for you to get it done or perhaps email London and tell them your situation and ask them for advice (not sure).

yes i did mention that i was in usa infect i got married in US ..
currently i am in pakistan
