unless and until the media is involved, or we do a peaceful sit-in in front of the ottawa parliment or their respective offices... we will all keep coming back here whining... emails don't do jack... as the MP's Senator's and PM are not sitting there waiting for our precious emails... also, our community has zero presence in the happenings, so why would anyone care about us... media or peaceful protest is the only safe route to get the voices heard...

Ok so when are we planning for peaceful protest? or at-least involve media?

Its a wife case im November 2011 applicant ... file rcev jan 2012. . . re medical +pcc + additional form. . .done july 2013. . . Wating for ppr. . Its my 29th month and I don't know yet where is my file is it in london or still in islamabad :| . . .

As of feb 2014 your file is in London. Your file is in progress. The rest we will have to wait and see if london becomes a workhorse or a e-storage.

CIC London and CIC Islamabad both mention on there websites that all Pakistani family class sponsorship will be deal by London office, so everyone please don't panic and don't take tension that where ur file is ,,,if u belongs from Pakistan then ur file is in London office

i asked twice from MP about my file but he got not answer from islamabad , its my 15th month since i last receive an email from cic that my file is now moved to Islamabad. I want to know whether my file is also transferred to London or not. Is ordering GCMS note is safe? and does the information is 100% authentic... please share your views about it..

almost same timeline....i did my remed n additional forms in sep 2013....till then waiting for ppr....thru mp i came to know dat my file was transfered to london in feb 2014 an also now wen i received not it was clarified dat the file is in London and don't know how much time they gonna take more...May God help us all Ameen!

u will get ur ppr before sep 2014 coz they rarely ask for 2nd remedical they have to complete the case before expiring remedical...

think about people who r still waiting for remedical

done remed in may 2013, now i am sure they will ask for 3rd medical.
have contacted to prime minister office, got confirmation that file is in london since last week of feb 2014.
feeling sad......

That's not true. I personally know a couple of people that had 3 medicals (including the initial one).

An officer have authority to extend medical report expiration date upto 15 months


I wish officer extend your medical and you get PPR soon
