Feb2014. They returned original docs and all additional updates we sent.

i got my originals back in august 2013from ottawa. where did u get them back from?
i havnt sent them additional proofs yet. waiting for my notes. then ill send them to london.

Provide strong ties to Pakistan.
Satisfy visa officer that you will return to Pakistan one visa is expired.
Provide proof of income and that you have sufficient money to spend time in Canada.

Rest is the decision of the visa officer. It's luck these visit visa's

Mirha and aliyan . Yes, that's what I'm doing..providing ties to pak ie property in my name, heavy bank balance, proof that I'm studying in Lahore n hv to get back before semester starts...but I guess it's all luck. Yes I'm applying online. Y were u rejected earlier aliyan?

Mrs.sam, did u apply for gcms? I'm hoping to get remed this month or next but when I see cases like u n others I lose all hope. Inshallah Allah has sth good in store for us.

i have crossed 19 month but nothing from CIC..even not original docs

24th month started n no remed or anything yet. Cic employees are insane pathetic creatures

Actually My case was a nikkah case when I applied. I just got my rukhsati done in october2013 and that's when we sent our additional pics n stuff.. Got all of those back by TCS from Islamabad.

wow. did you send voluntary proof of relationship? that seems to trigger a remed request for those past the 12 months mark.

24th month started n no remed or anything yet. Cic employees are insane pathetic creatures

This is insane! They r pushing us to the limits. I think eventually we will all just get tired n fed up n force our spouses to move to Pakistan or elsewhere

dont apply online. the application will not be reviewed by islamabad but some online cic group who are very strict. send a paper application through gerry services.

Well no. We already have provided them with enough proofs. Secondly we hv a 1 year old kid aswell.

Yep i dont knw what these are upto
But i hv seen few feb, march applicants waiting for remed aswel. And 1 or 2 dec, nov 11 applicants

hmm...i think couples who have a kid CIC take more time to process their cases...but Allah pak sab ka visa jald se jald laga den...they are checking our Patience really bad

They scanned everything.thats what the letter saidt. All pictures n boarding passes n tickets etc
