Is there any bank in pakistan whose credit card v can use to pay $5 online to apply notes
My hubby has only debit card from rbc in canada so he cant use it to pay fee
Is there any other way?

Mine was also Nikkah only case too, what we did is we honestly told CIC everything in a cover letter that we have done only Nikah and we have plans to do rukhsati in feb 2014 when my immigration processing is near to be completed and we will also send you proof of our rukhsati later. So when I sent my rukhsati pictures I received PPR after 10 days.

mani1234, I did the same thing. Did you postal mail this cover letter with pictures, or simply scanned and email the cover letter + pics? I'm assuming you sent them these documents voluntarily and they didn't ask for it, yes?

Any "credit" card can be used. (Visa or Mastercard.)

Otherwise, print the forms, get the fee through pay order, etc and send the package to ATIP Office in Ottawa.

Or he should have any trustworthy buddy do it for him (in Canada), but send the forms online first.

You just have to push them to do it for you. The agent I spoke to was hesitant at first as well and told me if I hadn't received any letters, my file would still be in Islamabad as that is the VO which process cases for Afghanistan. But I kept saying that I knew several people who hadn't received any letters and when they had called CIC, they were told that their files had been transferred to ND or London, so he finally agreed to check. Just be very calm and don't give up lol they do have the authority to check it so just be persistent.

some timesrepresentatives are not cooprative may be trying again to have another good representative. or order gcms notes for your satisfaction

alright ill try again tomorrow thanks for the help n yeah i have ordered notes already but this process is making me crazy now.

I postal mailed the cover letter and pics along with other proofs like Hall receipts. I voluntarily sent this mail and attached my previous cover letter with it.

That's great. I emailed them all these documents + cover letter but with the file bouncing from Ottawa to Islamabad to London I wasn't sure where to postal mail these documents - so I emailed them ... not sure if it'll have the same positive effect like yours ! InshaaAllah I hope it does ...

I dont know if they honour emails, why dont you postal mail to both Islamabad and london...

I am also a Nikah only case and I sponsored my wife in September 2013. In January 2014, they transferred my file from Islamabad to London. That is the last I heard from them.

When you do Rukhsati send them your rukhsati proofs as soon as you do it. They did ask me for additional evidences of my marriage like my rukhsati and valima pics but at that time i have done only nikah so told them my tentative rukhsati date and when my rukhsati was done I have sent them all the evidences.

Re PCC and additional evidence request August 2013
Remedical request Sept 2013
PPR March 2014

i my wife applied for the GCMS note online but we dint recive any acknowldgment email but the 5 $ were dedcuted form the account

will they send us the GCMSA or not
