Well I would suggest to email from applicant email address mention in application initially and if they don't reply in 15 days of email then try sponsor's as mentioned in application.
& don't forget to mention followings (on top) else you won't get any reply

Okay.. Are you writing your info when you email them i.e. Name, DOB, File # along with your husbands info ? They don't reply to emails if this info is missing. Also, try emailing them in their working hours for a quicker reply.

Hey MAB how about filling & sending all requested forms on your own and providing latest PCC alongwith?...... as long as forms are concerned i can repost the list again.....You can always explain them in cover letter that you got email but never received the request letter in mail. What you say? han! Wes, danny, dodge, Kaamia, mahmed and all others what you guys say about this?

MIght as well send all the updated contact info anyways to support the ongoing relationship, you have to send those atleast once for extra support!
