All,Today I have received a single page request for Update police Certificate & IMM forms unexpectedly.
They have asked for the following:

Now I had already submitted PCC in April voluntarily and its not even 6 months to that and also in an email reply they said you would be getting remed request soon and here comes the IMM & rePCC request...... weird !!!I have ordered CAIPS and hopefully would get response after 2-3 weeks.Does it make sense to anyone Yes, No, Dunno?

Yes, it makes sense. Dont worry in another mail, you will be getting remed request. In most of the cases, IMM and Remed request are one after other. Good thing is that they have also asked for RePCC so they will IA complete the process without any further request for RePCC in the next 3 months (max 4). I got my IMM forms rqst dated April 5 and Remed rqst also in April, within 10-15 days

Ok so your caips are similar to mine. They don't show the next BFD for you either that means all of the above comments were made during your initial review on May 25th, 2011. If you havn't received remedical request yet, don't get surprised. Have you emailed them about your case status lately? Normally they tell you in the email if the request was sent or not.

My CAIPS said to send the remedical request in Feb along with repCC and IMM forms, but we didn't at that time. We received it after 3 months when they opened our file again after 45 + 45 Days of rePCC and IMM forms.

that's a little relief, i emailed the couple of time each time three days apart but still havent gotten any response! pata nahi kyoon. Maybe they gotten pissed at me for repeatedly sending them emails during last week.

Are these your old notes? Seems like they were asked to send the medical request. After receiving medical results, the file was supposed to be reviewed by WVR (Officer's initials). Paper file sent to FCR (storage area) and bring forward the file again on May 25, 2011.

PUT FILE IN WVR QUEUE means that interview has been wavied.

I have a question what is a file number. Is it the same which CIC-M sent it to me in email? Because in their email they have send me two numbers. One is UCI and the other one is File number which starts with 'F'. Do i still need to send an email to CIC-I to get any other File number?

Also when will I be able to see my status online as i have tried everything but it is not showing my status. I have tried UCI as well as recipt number. But nothing worked.

And lastly, what is BFD? I know it's Bring Forward date but what does it really mean?

- You don't need to email them for the File number as you have it already. Yes it starts from 'F'
- You must be doing something wrong when you check your status:

When you log in with File number make sure you are entering information for the person being sponsored. Check your keyboard keys as well if they are all working.

- BFD is the date when your File is scheduled to be brought forward and opened by the Immigration officer for review after a request is sent to you such as Re-med or PCC request.

I would send new PCC and would mention that I also send one previously but I guess if I am already providing new PCC then there's no point of sending proof of previous..

Yeah thats some positvie spirit man! If you send the new PCC obviously the old one is void so no point of sending proofs for that one plus as you said its expiring anyways. Hope you get your remedical request within a week or two and then the wait will only be for PPR InshAllah, which will come soon. Have faith in Allah, and do lots of dua in this blessed month..

If your wife has done her remedical in June 2011, expect her PPR soon. They are clearing and finalizing wife cases from Jan2010 to July2010.
