I have a question u guys
ma hubby lives in karachi n the last time i have send him something
on mail it got lost, so i dont trust the delivery service there at all.

If I email the Embassy n tell them to send requests or documents on my husbands email.
Do u think thats a good idea.
And
Which is better email or mail delivery?

Is there any one who has got VISA on Nikah only or applied on Nikah and not submitted documents for rooksati ( well there are not any documents but i mean Piks ).............please reaply ASAPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

lol... you are right .... mails get lost in the sorter ...lol .... but you canot do anything about it ..... as immigration would send email ( if you have provided email address to them while filing application for sponsorship..) they send documents and send email ..... if you dont get it ... u can contact embassy and they would re-issue the letter.......

About sending ur email to immigrations .... well i tell u this will not make any difference as they will not change their SOPs.......Incase if u did not provide them the email address while filing ..... you should email them and update ur information by sending them ur email address ..... and they will communicate through that too........

Unfortunately, they don't email documents/requests. I have heard from other people that usually send Re-PCC, Supp forms and Re-medical request from regular mail. There were a couple of cases where the applicant received the PPR through regular mail. It is the true that sometime the mail gets lost, so the most you can do is keep checking with them through email every month after you pass your initial review time which is 8-9 months into your case processing time.

salam , the best suggestion to u after i have gone through all this,"coz i canceled my representative". its better if ur hubsand in khi gets in contact and receives direct mails from embassy,because it saves u time... otherwise mail will go to u "which takes a month and then u will send it to ur huby will take extra 15 days ",,"as it took in my case,coz my representative was in Canada"..so if ur husband can read and understand English then its best if he deals direct wth embassy and u can give him consultation in every step.. i hope it helps u, still final decision is urs. thank you.

pl note: since i'm in contact directly,it really saves me time.now every next mail comes to me just in 2 to 3 days by mail..so simply of coz its saving time.

I received request fom CHC-I today to resubmit IMM8,Schedual 1 and Supplementry form.

Can I send the same form ( IMM08) that I submitted last time or I should submit a new one ?Anybody has submitted newest IMM08 form ?

i also did nikkah and so worry abt it and planning to go and do rukhsati b 4 i will get any objection letter but it depends i will get vacation from office.

Nice ... so my guess was right on

Did they give you the URL for these forms on the request letter ? I would suggest you to use the newest IMM08 form and not the older one.

allaha ka sukar hai today my brother got his passport back, here is his time line
nov 2009 processing started in CHC ISB
oct 2010 request for immi forms police report and medical
feb 2011 ppr letter received
may 2011 Interview call received and passport back without visa
june 2011 interview held in CHC Islamabad
july 2011 call received for send back passport
aug 2011 passport retured with visa and all docs

Mashallah Mubarak ho Rana sahib. Good to know its done, just for the benefit of forum members here, can you please mention as to why was the PPR letter received but returned without visa earlier?

I would suggest you to do it ASAP and send them the pictures and proof. Once you get an objection letter there is a fair chance that they put you in the Interview qeue which is quite long (9-12 months in some cases).
