Guess so, well there was an inside information I heard from another person, that now they have hired a new agency for background checks who only take 45 days to complete background processes compare to 8 months that used to do background checks before. Everyone who applied April 2010 and after went throught the new agency and therefore the process has become faster for them applicants after April 2010. I am not sure how true this information is, however, by the looks of the situation these days it seems like its TRUE... Haven't heared anything about the 6Months shutdown
