What I noticed on the forum, Nikkah only cases got objection letters, rushed to Pakistan, got rukshati, subhmitted the proves, and everything is smooth.

Yes you are right... but living thousands of miles away for atleast 1.5years, after rukhsati is enough painfull n frustrating to make any sane person to go insane n crazy n wat not.....

Just today, in morning my wife was very sad n said its been 1.5 years to our marriage and we r still not together instead of enjoying this beautiful romantic time (right after marriage) - jolt - .......... It was in my mind always but I was trying to escape n push myself towards optimism which failed with this jolt I was not in this world for a while.... huh! its very hard yar very hard I don't know how but m still holding on, havn no other option

Update to application to sponsor my wife. (Nikkah only, no ruhksati yet)

Today I received CAIPS notes.
-Remedical received and is good till April 2012
-Proofs of contacts in the form of emails/ facebook chat, greeting cards and telephone are satisfactory.
-File reviewed end of May 2011 and placed in queue for interview.
(beats outright refusal in my opinion and gives time for me to go to pakistan this fall to do ruhksati)

I just pray that after completing ruhksati this fall that interview will be waived once proofs of ruhksati is submitted and that my wife will receive PPR shortly after.

Nope nothing after remedial! Normally it takes anywhere between 1-3 months for PPR to come after remed request it's been more than a month my wife received remed request and nothing yet, but hoping for it to arrive soon InshAllah!
