CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

I would count from the day the file was transferred to CHC-I. They don't always update the E-case. My E-Case just has been showing that the application was received and transferred on these dates while no mention of when they started working on the file. If its been more than a month since your file was transferred to Islamabad, you can email them and ask for your FILE #. Make sure when you email them, you have all your sponsor's correct info i.e. Name, DOB and client # along with your name and DOB.

What is ur timeline? my AOR date is 23 August and it still says "Application received on 23 August 2010". It hasnt changed to "in process" which is a bit worrying given that we are approaching July 2011

LOL That's not true! I have been paying taxes for years and yet I am on my 18th month of process...

Copied it from other forum thought it mite help.

Now a days, CHC Islamabad is taking approx 4-5 months to send an AOR after the case has been forwarded to them from CPC, Mississauga.

If you have elasped that period, send them a written request no phone calls and you will get the AOR.
