Well they sent the 'not genuine' objection because at the time we applied we only had done Nikkah. Then 6 months later we did rukhsati and sent in updates. Either they did not get them or they were put in wrong file, but basically they thought we hadn't done rukhsati yet... So we resent everything in again..

And I pray that everyone here gets their visas soon IA

I received the Objection Letter and Medical on those exact same dates lol , when did you send your response to the objection letter and how ? we sent it by TCS.

Good afternoon everyone from Karachi Pakistan. So here is the news from my side. I arrived in Karachi today at 4:30AM to visit my wifey. After hello and hi to all my cousins I slept around 9:00AM to get some rest. Around 11:00AM in the morning I was awaken by family.

My wife's PPR letter has arrived.

Yahooooooo, we have finally received the visa letter after this long time. I realize there are a lot of other people who have been waiting since 2009 but still this wait wasn't easy for us either. I hope (from the bottom of my heart) that all of you receive PPR soon. Thanks to Wes786, bestplace4u, maximus, saggit, alishah and many others who have given me strength over the last couple of months. Thanks to all of you guys.

Now my return flight is on June 27, 2011. I hope my wife gets the passport back before that so I she come travel with me. We will be sending the passport tomorrow morning (June 2). Lets see when we get it back.

wait so i have been seeing that some of the 2010 AOR's are gettin PPR and re-med, this means that the cases in 2010 are on their way one by one Insha'allah
im happy, this mean my Husband's case will be in process by August Insha'allah

mashAllah congrats!!! Looks like those who get re-pcc and imm forms earlier and then re-med later as soon as re-med results come in they get PPR...so wes bhai inshAllah your wife will get PPR soon since you filled your forms earlier as well. ;D

not sure of the exact date but we sent in the response a few days after we received the objection letter... and via TCS as well... the thing is every time I send an email, I've gotten a response back within hours and they say that they have sent the letter... so first time i inquired they said they have sent the re-medical request, and then i inquired this Sunday and i got a response saying they have sent the ppr...
