I am waiting to see the letter my husband is going to email me .. but from what he told me .. they refused and asked to apeal .. i heard from alot of people a while bad that they dont refuse cases without interview but i guess in my case .. this has happened ..
well i guess i shud apeal and go to pak :-s which is somthing i really wasnt expecting :-s

They refused it or sent an objection letter? Because the two are different things so did they outright refuse your case? I don't think so since you didn't have an interview...either way today is bringing lots of sad news

ok bad news from my side guys ...
they refused my husband file .. saying that not satisfied with no PCC from saudi arabia ...
that is just insane ..

Sorry girl, I am confused. Where did Saudi Arabia PCC come from? You sure its not an objection letter which will lead to interview call instead of straight rejection?

Do you have any post Nikkah Cohabitation pictures? Like where you guys took pictures in your room, with grooms family, at family dinners/restaurants, outings etc. If you submitted those pictures, I don't think you should worry too much.

When I went to see him in December 2010 we took pictures, yes there were pictures in our room, at dinner, sight seeing, visiting family etc. So I hope this would be enough for them but now I am worried, the only reason we didn't do a rukhsati celebration was because our families couldn't go together we can't afford for everyone to go to Pakistan it's expensive :'( Allah khair karay I just don't want to be told after all this waiting that our marriage isn't real

My husband lived in saudi for 3 yrs ..
but came back last yr ..
we tried getting pcc from saudi and saudi emabassy wrote back saying they dont issue pcc to people who dont live here any more .. i provide sufficient paper trail to confirm that they do not provide .. even sent the ref from CIC website where it clearly says no PCC for people who dont reside in saudi any more .. i dont know why the hell these ppl refused :-s

Oh noooo...may Allah (Swt) make ease for you in this horrible time I feel so bad...why are they refusing just because of a PCC? That is so stupid I say we all go to the embassy and start some demonstration...they are playing with our lives

Girl have some patience and wait for your husband to scan the letter and email to you. Last time when my wife got the letter expecting the visa call but it was to send suplementary forms plus bunch of other nonsense, she thought it was rejection letter too. Just wait until you read the letter yourself and if it is a rejection letter (khudanakhasta) make sure to prepare yourself with strong appeal case.

but lets see

you shouldnt have mention them that he already was in Arab just forget it if you tell them the true instead of solving a problem they make it more forget it play as they play with us

Marya Behing G. Sad to hear that I do really feel sorry for you. This is the 2nd case this week bloody rejected and both sister are upsat after waiting such a long time.

I am agree with Mahmed sister, peoples should do. Just take a example on UK sponsership case last yr they were delaying & rejecting than my Aunty in UK told me that all peoples from our community strike and the output was UK immigration minister personally went to PK for investigation and than in short period of time cases started to finalized and no more rejection.

No matter what Power is always in nations peoples hands it all depend how much Influance they want to put.

I hope it is not a rejection letter because if so then what are you supposed to do if Saudi doesn't give PCC to those not living there?

then the problem would be if they find out through background check that he lived outside Pakistan then it would cause more problems...i remember a case like this where someone didn't mention they lived outside Pakistan but the embassy found out and then they were refused to Canada for 2 years...khair Allah behtary karay sab k liye

On cic website if u go under pcc section .. it is clearly mentioned that they do not provide .. us k bawajood .. i sent an email to emabassy they emabassy replied they do not provide anything like that to people who dont live here ne more .. then i wrote a letter to saudi emabassy they did not send ne thing back errrrrrrrrrrr

I agree Khan girl, when I applied the case I just did the nikkah but took pictures like we did the rukhsati and everything so we could apply the case. I went back later for the whole shaadi/valima (a year later) hoping her PPR would arrive but I wasn't that lucky. If I had waited a whole year after shaadi/valima my case would've just started 3-4 months ago.

Those Saduis Bados are laziest peoples on the plant. Other than eating Khajor & drinking Kahwa they dont know anything else. They even not understand english. Thanks to Allah Almighty who gave them petrolium and they have status.
