Personally I dont know any Lawyer however If you prefir a Desi Immigration Lawyer than check in local URDU news papers or check at www.apnatoronto.com. If you prefir a GOORA lawyer than check Yellowpages books under immigration.

on Saturday watch desi programes at rogers chanel 60 there are many advertisements and some of them are really professional like www.CWCcanada.com and www.ICCimmigration.com. Yes I am in Toronto.

Ok friends I have found a lowest calling rate (3.9 cent) for PKSTN. I have tried it and super call no bull sh*t around the rate I see the rate I got charged. Its a prepaid service but you can always pullout 3 months call history by login online to your account for CHC proof.

Let me know if anyone intrested and give my account no as a reference so that I can get 10% reference credit ;D or if anyone paying less than 3.9 do let us know so we can make a switch to that.

3.9 cent/min is the lowest rate i have heard so far. I am paying 5c/min with koodo (direct calling from my cell phone & unlimited global texting which comes with the basic plan) which I don't mind at all. Its another thing that I talk for hours and my bill is around $130 - $140 per month. And my wife calls me pretty much half of the time. I wish there was some kind of unlimited calling option for Pakistan, I wouldn't mind paying 40-50 bucks as an add on but then how would these phone companies make money off me ? LOL

You are on right track Bro. Yes there was a unlimited PK add on plan offered last yr and I signed up but the way jaise hum ne oss plan ko public PCO bana dya tha so company was forced to shutdown the plan right after 2 months.Aur yahi haal hum ne CHC ke saath krna hy agr wo soft ho jye ya 3-4 months mey process krne lug jye. Araam aur sakoon se sasta aur free khane ki adit nahi hum ko bus toot parte hy jaha chance lug jye than ended up losing all. Wo Lomri & Kawe ki story tu childhood mey sub ne soni he ho gi ;D

Okay you need to tell me this then because right now I'm paying about 6.9 cents so i dont mind 3.9 at all

today i got letter that my hubby got rejected im very sad i dont wht do to i need good lawer can u tell me how long its gone take to apeal

may Allah (swt) help you out in this time, may He ease the pain, may He make the appeal process fast for you. When did your husband have the interview? I really will pray for you.

sorry to hear that.. check with Mendell Green (416) 862-7880 .. he is the top most immigration lawyer in Canada, he is the one who introduced the points system in immigration etc.. he is expensive though.. good luck
