my husband is 2010 applicant as well he got remed and ppr togather in november and status changed to medical recieved but we havent gotten the passport back yet its been 3 months and 15 days since we r waiting

I know when my husband had his second interview the lady said all is ok but your medical and police clearance has to be done. On Jan 10/13 he had his medical done and the results came back the last week of January/13. I know she told him that after medical results were received that it could take another 6 to 9 months. I know for a fact that the CSIC lts like the FBI well they have to do the background check and it could take from 6 to 9 months as I had an interview with them personaly.

Its just fustrating to think it is now 30mths. Like I would really like to know what they do for the first year they receive the file throw it in a corner?

I donot begruge anyone getting the visa but why not finish with 2010 applicants before they work on the ones received after 2010 it doesn't make sense.

I don't think its fair thats all!!

just got reply from MP,CHC responded to them below is the response:

Greetings from Islamabad,


Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer.

Request letter along with medical examination letter was resent to applicant (a copy also forwarded at sponsor's mailing address) on 06 March 2013.



Your representations in this case have been noted and will be taken into consideration when the application is reviewed.

wana ask shud i expect remed only or remed+ ppr....????just curious abt it....chc sent me remed in sept 2012,but i didnt get it..i sent chc letter for change of address...on ecase my new address has already been updated.....n now above reply from mp

before they sent my ppr the email tht my mp received clearly stated "we have sent a request for passport for visa issuance" so cant be too sure...hope for the best n leave the rest to God!! good luck

why they never change my status...it is not showing anything just in process....i dont even know if they have receive my med.....now this is pissing me off....

hi everyone ,need your help plz guide me i have got remedical request and ppr together ,they have given time frame for submitting medicals with in 45 days and have asked to submit passport after medical without any time fame .my question is what do they do if we are unable to send them requested medical with in their time frame ?? do we need to inform them about the reason ?? do they consider our request of giving us some more time ???plz reply

you are asking same question again and again and on different threads, yesterday u asked the same question and got your answer, same question was asked on 2011 thread and it was answered there as well, show some courtesy and say thnx to the person who replied on your question and try not to ask same question everywhere on the forum just a suggestion.

I just wanted to give a little feedback from my hubby's interview. We are 2010 case and allhamdolillah his interview went really really well! I was ready for them to call me but they didnt find a need. HIs interview lasted under 15 mints. It went realllly well just take alot of proof like wedding pics, phone records etc the more the better! He got his med +ppr together its sent out lets see how long it takes now!

I believe you should give them the reason why you can't send it to them because if you don't want to tell us the reason of delay then at least you have to let CHC know the reason and then wait for their response. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!
