just got reply from MP,CHC responded to them below is the response:

Greetings from Islamabad,


Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer.

Request letter along with medical examination letter was resent to applicant (a copy also forwarded at sponsor's mailing address) on 06 March 2013.



Your representations in this case have been noted and will be taken into consideration when the application is reviewed.

wana ask shud i expect remed only or remed+ ppr....????just curious abt it....chc sent me remed in sept 2012,but i didnt get it..i sent chc letter for change of address...on ecase my new address has already been updated.....n now above reply from mp

Hello,

on CIC website you need to select "Immigration File Number" and then enter her number starting with F0000 and not starting with B as was the old applications issued.

Then you need to enter her last name, date of birth (As entered on her forms)

Give it a try and let us know

Plus i think the time line now is approx 30 months

perfecto thanks for the help, since i was doing my brothers case i ofcourse made a mistake somewhere in there lol.

the timeline on the right is my husbands and I. Myy brother on the other hand applied in decemver 12 2011. Its been more than 13 months but we havent seen any action. Compared to mine that pretty weird becuz i got remed and ppr right before I hit a year.. anyone else here with a dec 2011 case or near that time? please mssg me if u are!! thankssss

You are one of our lucky fellows that got over this process so soon.

The status from application received changes to in process and it should say it when they have started processing your sister inlaws application
for example, mine says Decision Made and beside that it used to say Application Received but not it says In process and when I click there on that page it says

We received (My husbands name) application for permanent residence on October 15, 2011.


We started processing (My husbands name) application on February 4, 2013.

M a dec 2011 applicant..file got transferred in feb 2012...13months...nothing yet..

No sis you don't a Pakistan Visa to fly to Canada. However, if your husband lives in afg he should get Pakistan visa to go to Pakistan cause the conditions are bad between our governments nowadays lol.

Okay no worries if he lives in Karachi he can just fly from karachi with his afghani passport he doesn't need visa for Pakistan to fly to Canada Yes Ameen!
