I got that info from skilled worker forum. I have already verified that and its 100% correct. You can check by yourself. Moreover, there was huge number of letter's directed too LAHOREEEE

For today I calculated them by myself. I generated number series by using minitab and checked so I came to know...

well they did release this info.
i am not expecting any letter from CHC anytime soon but still i checked for some tracking numbers and all those 100 are from chc isb. they could be letters for skilled visa..study..or family..

you are right.

i checked few tracking number for karachi's courier and most of them are still waiting for delivery
and it's so important to let chc know about your new address because some of them are have status as 'address moved or courier returned'
