Guys just to let you know that when we want to write "IF ALLAH SWT WILL"
We should not write insha'allah or InshaAllah because it means "Create Allah" (naozobil lah) Arabic or English. Please make sure we write it properly as "In Shaa Allah" (in 3 separate words) this means "If Allah swt Wills"

you are right in terms of GCMS notes i also ordered them 3 months ago did not get it yet,email them and they could not locate them so i email again all the info .so no reply yet i donot know what is going on .they are following the same rules of CHC so we can only wait nothing much we can do.as you mention about the numb to contact them can you please provide me that numb so i can talk with some one and ask them what going on because they are very slow in responding to the emails.

They are supposed to send them no later than 30 days that is their time frame. If you don't receive them contact them again with an email. If this doesn't work I think I may have a phone# in order to contact them. Let me know ok? In Shaa Allah

i did send them an email and its been 20 days or may be more no reply yet.i am thinking of applying it again and this time i will send them through mail instead of email.i also called them but nobody answer the phone its just you have to leave a message then they will call you back and i left the message but i did not receive any call yet.so i am thinking to apply the fresh one.

nahi esa nahi ho skta mera passport islamabad tcs office my aj pohanch chuka hy ab 4 days wait..... Koi to in chc waln ko pochy.....did u check holiday schedule of chc??! I think no holiday 2day nd tommorow..

Ok so ad per everyone's suggestion i will be ordering the caips/gcms notes.

I wanted to know who is the principal applicant?
Is it the person being sponsored or its the sponsor itself?

I have applied for husband and i am in canada. So on the caips form, will my name go in place of principal aplicant??? And when i put in the file number i put my husbands B file number???
Also for address, mu address or husbands in pakistan???
I was a little confused in regards to this

Also when i attach the imm form ( requeest to release information) is that 1 form each for us both??? Or only i fill it out? Please clarify.

I being the sponsor dont have a B file number only my husband does...

Please help so i can apply asap

Your husband will be principal applicant. Use his file number and his address but make sure you include both your email addresses so that you receive the files in electronic form instead of the hard copies. Hard copies will delay your case because they have to scan nd print at times.

Should I also sign under "spouse"? Or only my husband needs to sign that form?
