Kia yaar...another loooooooong weekend...i hate weekends these days.
Chc needs a break na as thy work soooo hard...
Out of 365 days...chc remains on leave for 300 days..rest thy need to take break for samosa pakoras...i never waited for anythng in my life like m waiting for a stupid remedical...

Hi from the letter I received from MP Jason Kenny its up to the client to get their meds and background checks updated other wise I read it wrong????

CIC conducts background checks in partnership with outside agencies such as the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, the Canada Border Services Agency, medical authorities and agencies of foreign governments. Any delays or requirements that these agencies may require in providing input are something over which we have no control. In addition, background and medical examination results are usually valid for a 12-month period. Should background or medical clearances expire during the application process, the applicant is required to update their results.

I can see there are alot of new people in this forum since i left this forum. I wish you guys all the very best and i hope all those people who are waiting for their loved ones
get togeather fast by the Grace of God.

I just wanted to mention that people who have lived outside of pakistan for example in England or anywhere else in the world more then six months you guys be needing the
police report and you should get that as soon as possible because it is a long process.

i am writing this to you guys from my own experience becasue my husband had to go through that. it took us good four months before he could get his police reports done, because he was in three different countries for more then six months.

But thank Goodness his immigration was done in 15 months from pakistan but now i am reading the posts it is taking so damn long which is really hard for the people who are waiting for years and another thing is write to the embassy every month and very brief not long letters because they will ignore your letter.

I applied for my husband in sept 2009 and he was here on april 1st 2011. and i had written letters to the prime minister, jason kenney and my Mp's office kept writing to islamabad on my behalf so it really helped.

I wish you guys all the very best and pray for you that you guys get togeather with your husbands or wives as soon as possible.

Islamabad got 4 holidays ...kyun ka 22 November ko D8 meeting ki waja sy public holidays announce hoye ha

Jumma ko wasy he kam nai karty or saturday sunday be sath a gaya ha so guys ...

ak to pahly woh bohat lazy han then uss sy upper holidays ...hahahahah

nahi esa nahi ho skta mera passport islamabad tcs office my aj pohanch chuka hy ab 4 days wait..... Koi to in chc waln ko pochy.....did u check holiday schedule of chc??! I think no holiday 2day nd tommorow..

Sister aap kay huuby koo joo Medical request ayee hay uss kay back par khuch phone number likay hain "IOM" kay bc ajkal CHC nain "IOM" say medical kaa contract kar lia hay , is liay aap apnay hubby koo boloo kay woo un numbers par call kar kay appointment lay , oor hope usay next day ki appointment mil jayee gi.
Main nain apna 2nd medical Dr Nilofer Nadeem , Islamabad say karwaya tah but is dafaa interview kay baad visa officer nain jo medical letter diya tah uss par IOM kay numbers tahy. main nain un say appointment lay kar medical wehan say karwaya. IOM kay offices Islamabad, Lahore oor kharchi main hain.

Similar thing happened with us.

Letter was dated May 12th, they mailed it June 4th and we got it June 7th. My wife went to get appointment and it was for June 26. I just sent them an email and wife sent a copy of the receipt from the medical (not required as they get updated via India)
We were just being paranoid.

Don't worry about it. They know.

Another day gone...no news yet... IA soon soon...

do u think i will get a date b/w and Dec-13 as there are alot of holidays in December so i am not sure what to do????

plz tell me how i can order Caips??? and how long that will take???

There is no Holiday on tomorrow & Great news for all of us 9th & 10th Moharam is Coming on Saturday & Sunday so there is no Extra Holiday for CHC-Islamabad.

No you don't have to do anything. Just wait, and these agencies will take their sweet time to do your bground checks. For remed, you'll get a letter and only then will you be able to do remed.
