I haven't received any letter after the change in status. But looking at other cases, we should expect something within a month or so. Applicant residing in Karachi usually receive their letters after 12-15 days of letter date.

It has been a while, did u receive any letter after the change..

The is a difference between 2011 ecas showing In PRocess and 2010 ecas showing In PRocess. For 2010 , in process means PPR is coming . For 2011 , in process means remed or supp forms etc is coming shortly. That's the pattern I have seen and experienced.

2010 are screwed .. I still am, as always, skeptical about what Imtihaan says.. BUT HOPE he is right..

Best thing about CHC-I is that they do not want to be predictable.. scavengers can appear any time and in any shape or form..

Only predictability about them is that they are unpredictable.. Their attitude is, you guys suck a lemon.. catch us if you can. :-* :-*

J_T, I am not sure if you are 2010 case.

BTW, when did ur ecase changed to "in process" and then when did u receive ur remed and ppr.

This will help us to see the pattern. 8)

I am a 2010 case, the interesting thing is that my E-Cas has said in Process since July 2010, ever since I got my AOR. I'm noticing that many people on the forum don't have the "IN process" until like a year after their AOR, which sounds weird.

Also, I never said this but mine was a Nikah only case.

They used to do the prepaid thing

But know u just pay the fee when u pickup ur passport

quote may apna passport tcs kay thru send kar kay aay hun aur unho nay mujh say Rs.350 charge karay----ghar aa kay may nay letter parha jo unho nay mujhay bheja tha us may likha hay "YOU MUST ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE PREPAID THE COURIER FOR THE RETURN OF YOUR DOCUMENTS".

Guys its lunch time here, i got news that CHC I, send a paper to my wife and on the paper is written that we need your original Naka Khad + some photos, and also written that ("Your immigrant visas appears ready for issuance"). Hope they asking the passport?

After 8 months finally received a letter from CHC I, thanks God.

have u e-mailed them or ur husband talk his MP or order GCMS notes after it went in process MARch 5

loosing mail is problem in pakistan

most likly something must have been sent out in the last 3 months
