is this ur second marriage??? I think it does not matter.. not at all.. in Canada people get divorced every day.. desies, goras, all nations.. What matters is that you submit all documents properly and make sure CIC is convinced that it is a genuine marriage..
did u hear anything from chc lately ?? Nothing
have u ordered GCMS?? Yes.. see my signature and time lines.. I heard it takes around 1 month to get it..

In the end it is 2010 cases which are stuck.. 2011 cases are flying and are done almost in 1 year..

Can we all 2010 stuck cases should go together to capital hill Ottawa and demonstrate for our civil rights and fundamental rights.. keeping spouses away is against the Human Rights Charter of Canada...

I am not sure that you heard about the new medical certificate policy and basically as follow:

Medical exams are still only valid for 12 months. However, if your application is only being held up because your medical exam has or is about to expire, there is now a process to issue a new medical certificate. They will only consider this option if your exam was done in the last 15 months and the new certificate would only be valid for an additional 12 months.

It doesn't go to NewDehli embassy. New Dehli has the DMP headoffice where all the regional medical reports go for evaluation and processing. Applicant reports from India, Pakistan, Sirilanka, bangladesh (south asia) go the New Dehli headoffice for evaluation. Once the medical is evaluated at New Dehli, the results are upated on GCMS by the doctor. From there CHC-Islamabad and other embassies can look for the medical results.

Application Transfered-----2010-11-12
Sponsership Approved ---- 2010-10-22

Have already sent out passport last week.
can anyone please update all sheets like Dec 2010 awaiting people, People whose address started re shown and people who already sent remedical in March. and all other tables.

yours and my timeline is exactly same ...My file transferred month was dec 2010 ..Got repcc,imm forms,remd in feb 2012... waiting desperately for PPR !
Plz kindly tell me what does ur ecase show and has ur address reappeared ? ? ?as many dec 2010 found there addresses back last thursday!
