how can i send that "the Right of permanent residence fee" slip to cic ...cuz i will mail to CHC via tcs on monday
what about CIC should i Email them or send them via post mail or if i mail to CIC ...some one know the email

hey did u know about this... u can send the receipt of landing fee payment by email to mississauga....

see right at the bottom. thats the email address.

really? i didnt understand that 15 months thingi..how does that work?

as of June 1st 2012, if it has been less than 15 months since your first medical, they can extend it for another 12 months. so they can issue you your visa without doing another medical exam.

i think you have to send the original to chc-isl if ur file is transfered already... send a copy of it to cic-m (they may not want it any more so call and check with them)... and keep a copy for yourself obviously...

my wifey did her medical in feb 2012... so if they check her file before may 2013 we should be good correct? or is it only for files transfered after this date or medicals done after this date?

and thats only true for initial review as an if they open the file before june 2013 then the medical will be good to go regardless if it takes another 4-5 months after or if the case enters june 2013 (more than 15 months for our medical) they will request re-med?

if ur file opens 15 months from medical date they will extend it 12 months if not u will be asked to do remed

3 months just get wasted in getting approval

i am a curious little cat...

wondering how they handle over the phone nikah's... one of my friend is in that condition and he got married in 09 and applied in 10... hasnt heard much at all if anything from chc-isl... but that's coz his mom is under influence from some of her friends claiming all will be phine daunt ju burry...

and if the friend goes back home for rukhsati (which he hasnt yet) would that improve his scenario any? (i am thinking it might)

and how are over the phone nikkahs treated in general by chc-isl... normal, small delay, big delay, rejected...

i told him to atleast visit her and do rukhsati... he hasnt met her at all, never went to pak after coming here, over the phone nikkah, and on top of that, doesn't communicate much either with her as his mamu (her dad) is very strict that once she lands in canada, talk all you want, and rukhsati etc will happen only then... i told him you are digging yourself a big hole mate, do something and do it quick.... recently his mum visited pak and claimed that her visit should be good to show that marriage is genuine, although it is a facepalm moment if you look at it from immigration perspective...

EVEN IF HEARS SOMTHING IT WILL BE OBJECTION LETTER WITH PROVIDE PROOF OF CONTINUING RELATIONSHIP

he needs to smarten up or he caN kiss the visa good byE

he needs to visit her and perform ruksati and they need to talk alot PROOF IS THE MAIN THING HERE

DID AUNTY GET MARRIED OR HER SON, CHC DOESNT CARE HOW MANY TIMES SHE VISITS HER. ITS A HUSBAND AND WIFE MATTER
