I just checked E-case and it now shows medical received

Looking forward for "Decision Made" and Visa with passport... InshaAllah very soon

File is being forward to officer for eligibility a review..
What does it means? ?How many times do they eligibilty?

Hi Khushi,

I am pretty sure the same will come out of my file too. What I can make from this is that your file is sitting somewhere (in a basement probably) waiting to be looked at, while VO is working on some 2011 file.

Darn bad for 2010 cases. :'(

Good news!! With the Grace of Allah (SWT), my wife has received her passport back with VISA. I'm traveling to Pakistan verrrry soon. Thanks for the help guys esp.(Danny, khalifah, raptorsfan, become-a-loaner) and everyone else who i forgot to mention.
InshAllah everyone will hear something good very soon.

They were supposed to check criminality, security,eligibilty before remed request ...But they never did it on file ..So I think they r checking it now..
And I think This is the probability for delay of all Nov/dec2010 cases.(who got done with their request)That they didn't check these things before first/second request ..and Now they r doing this with nov/dec cases.

I knew it that u didn't receive it yet.,.BTW ur reason is different u know .!
But they Do back ground checks before sending the request ..IF for some reason they didn't do it .then they do it after request!
Ask danny or anso they will let u know the procedure.
But I hope and pray for u that u get remed+ppr soon INshaALLAH!

They did not know anything till end of Mar. I hope they would complete the rest of the process before sending in the re-med.
