danny bhai thiz GCMS notes that i posted i ordered in end of march n recieved in end
of april n no there is no due date nothing only said thiz thing that i m posted here n yeah i email
them in april so they said that in fewdays they send me PPR+REMED but they didnt send it so then
we contact to MP in the begining of the month of MAY so they gve the same reply to MP that
they send me PPR+REMED in comingdays so its clear that they holding r waiting for smething then
they will send me a request n now again i ordered GCMS notes we gettin in comingdays letsee
but in my privious notes VO said that everythin is clear n at the end of the notes they said that file is in CBO for review wat does it mean?

Okay so it means that they are waiting for the new Visa quota. No wonder we didn't hear any recent new for PPR yet. Right now just be a little more patient and InshaAllah you will get Re-med and PPR soon. I learned from my mistake with using the pro-active approach and it is now costing me even more time. My wife's medical is not updated as it seems like I have pissed them off to the max as I sent about 4 emails and 3 fax in 45 days. So now they are taking their sweet time even updating the medicals for my wife and we are in a sticky situation right now. So my suggestion for you is to be a little more patient and InshaAllah they get the new quota they will send you Re-med and PPR together :)

Don't send them emails or fax anymore, you don't want them to get ticked off and delay your case even more.

The case goes in process after initial review is done. The date on e-case that shows that the file went to in process is the date the Immigration officer reviewed your file for the very first time.

brother my file was opened 2012/04/02 and everything was completed on and last comment about re med was posted on 2012/04/12 and thats when it went in process

i pissed them off twice is when i Accidently put sent visa file and e-mailed GCMS notes and they send everything to ottowa

salam everyone... need help!! we applied via a consultant and all the fee was paid through him..my husband did not get a receipt from our consultant..now i was reading through the forums about the RPRF and just thought i confirm with the consultant if we paid the fee or not and he tells me we havent and its better to wait till the immigration people ask you to pay. Now 1. we are pretty sure we paid the full amount my husband remembers paying more than a 1000 $ but like i said no receipt! is there anyway to verify this? through the Immigration office in canada? and secondly wouldnt it be better to pay the fees now rather than wait for them to ask? coz i have heard this takes more time later...any feed back will be much appreciated...thanks...

Your e-case must say "We started processing your file on April 2nd, 2012". Although it was updated on e-case on 12th April but its usually the date initial review is done.

Also, inquiring once every 2-3 months is a safe strategy in my opinion.

Walekum Assalam,

You should ask your husband to check his bank records to check the amount you paid. The consultant might be looking to make money off you guys now, so beware of him. I know someone who paid $500 on the top of what he was supposed to pay to the consultant. Its always good to pay the RPRF fee yourself instead of giving it to the consultant to pay. Check with your hubby if you paid what you were supposed to pay to Immigration Canada. The total fee to be paid is $1040.

I also did payment and never given receipt.(maybe they did but dont remember) First of all they will not process anything until they received the full payment. So if they already forwarded then this mean $ was given. Read there rugulaton about payment im sure somewhere it says "it will not process until payment is paid in full.."
