i m just concerned because i never heard DANISH name before...infact my brothers documents were also recieved by NASIR and he got ppr next months after sending his documents...i always heard NASIR on this forum...so i assume delaying of my ppr mite cuz of it...ALLAH knows best

I received Request for Passport dated Feb 9, 2012 within 15 days and I was in USA so I came back and submitted the documents and passport today... Does anyone here has had her passport back recently? If so can you please advise on the average time it takes as my re-meds expire on May 31, 2012

That was the point they asked for ur passport n gave u a deadline so it cn be stamped n returned before ur med xpires

Thanks Yeah I understand the whole point for them to rush it up was expiry of my meds.. However what happebned was that the letter waas dated 9 feb 2012 and I left for USA on the 11 Feb to meet my husband who is the sponsor.. only 12 hours later the letter from CHC arrived to send passport even before I reached by destination so we cancelled the plans and bookings for the rest of the month and came back this morning and courier everything... I have to give 3 months notice at my job too for resignation and my sister-in-law is getting married (in Canada) in last week of May so I am curious how long it will take them to give me the visa (InshahAllah) so I can work out stuff accordingly! There is this girl at my workplace who had sent her passport in Nov and they are still sitting on her passport cuz they say they havent recieved her re-meds (which were done in Oct)... Thats like a horror story for me

Hey Congrats to all who are getting Re-med and PPR!

My friend, who is also december, his wife just got Re-med and Doc request. We are hopeful that my wife should get something by end of the month, considering we are Dec 23rd AOR. Also, one of my wife's colleague also got Re-med and Doc request. They are Nov/Dec 2010 AOR (not sure). So this is great news!

Btw guys, what is the date on your letters aka dated Feb xx 2012 / issued on. Just trying to estimate time from issue of letter to arrival at door step. Was it issued near the 14 month AOR date area? Thanks!

U shud get it bak soon... As for 3 month notice i dun think thts a good idea cuz u cnt trust cic mayb u cn giv a heads up at work but not resigned of course tht depends on the terms u hv at work

My file came to Pakistan on July 14, 2010... then I got a letter in May 2011 that only nikah was done and no ruksati.. So since had a reception planned in June, we sent them the updated stuff by July... Then I got another letter in August that reception stuff not received (which we later found out that it was received but they take good 3 weeks to update their record) so i sent stuff again with Police Certificate etc... Then out of the blue we got this letter abt passport only hours i left Pakistan so i just got back this morning and couriered my passport today and now wondering how long it will take

and yeah, the letter had a hand written date of Feb 9, 2012 and it was delivered at my home in Khi on Feb 12, 2012... this was the first quick delivery otherwise i usually got correspondence almost 10 days after the letter date

Visit visas have validity for certain period of time this is a permanent visa so u can travel on 11 month of before ur medical expires aur the month before ur visa expire

Yes they should have asked ask tcs and pakistan post maybe they misplaced it

But do ur medical ASAP and send it in never know there might be no request for imm forms aur repcc

thanks alot khalifah bro.... i have done the remedical....but i havent sent down any receipt for that to the embassy...i dun think its necessary....they will get the results eventually....but still if you suggest i can send them the receipt...wat u say??
