A form to fill in (Hopefully last form to submit) and in letter 2 passport size pic's were requested.
Yes via TCS PPR letter & Passport back also
TCS did not call in my case
I got both an email and call from CHC advising PPR letter has been issued on xxxx since medical going to expire send passport rightaway with travel reservation. But in normal cases NO they dont send email about PPR notification unless otherwise you have sent normal case enquirey email and they reply you back that " Decision has been and a letter has been OR going to be issued concerning to this"
I cannot recall the name but there was a form member he/she sent enquirey email and that is how they responded back and it turned to a PPR letter.

do they request also police certificate too?

One 2 ka 4 Congrats again as I earlier said but I think you haven't noticed it. Brother I have one question please. Can you tell me what kind of phone number your wife received call from CHC Islamabad? Was it the 051 or unknown private number. I just want to know because my wife don't answer random numbers so by this way I can tell her to answer CHC Islamabad number. Thanks and wish you happy life ahead.

PassPort Request

They don't ask for police certificate with PassPort Request. They usually ask for Police clearence certificate along with Supp Forms request.
