Now, I knew that you are in Pakistan and your wife is in Canada. You can send her a real Birthday Card by post with your feelings and wishes. Real Birthday card worth much more than many available online on greeting sites.
If you cant keep pending gift and want to send somthing by courier, you can always get your memorable picture (of couple) framed and send it to Canaday along with a real nice dress (if she likes Pakistani dresses and is social with Pakistani families), since you cannot send Perfumes by courier.

We need guys opinions on sending our husbands gifts It was my husband's birthday yesterday and since he started a govt job recently & needed formal shirts, I decided to send him a useful gift. But selecting the shirts was a PAIN!! ALL shirts look same, I dont know how a guy can say one shirt is better from the other, I wanted to pull my hair out!!
