I CHEKED WITH EMBASSY AFTR 3 MONTHS ABT STATUS ,THEY SENT ME E-MAIL SAYING THEY SENT ME RE-MED LETER IN 1ST WEEK OF APRIL... TODAY IS MAY 10TH AND I HAVE NOT GOT ANY LETTER AT HOME ADDRESS AND NEITHER MY LAWYER GOT A COPY IN CANADA. I SPOKE TO LAWER AND HE HAS NOT GIVEN A CLEAR ANSWER YET ,WHICH MAKES ME UP SET IF LAWER IS VERY BUSY AND IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO MY CASE.WELL,I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN TONITE AND WILL INQUIRE THAT WHAT TO DO IF THEY SENT A LETTER OR NOT AND IF YES THEN WHERE IS IT AND IF NOT THEN WHY R THEY MISS STATING AND PUTNG ME RUSH AND CHECK WITH TCS,POST OFFICE ETC.

Email the embassy and in the subject line Mention: Case number and Tracking Number Required. Also u should fax the embassy and tell them that u have not received any re-medical request

Now I will write my experience:

first of all i hate your lawyer, just give him some money and get rid of him. then email embassy and tell them that you haven't received re-medical sent in 1st April yet. tell them your time line and tell them please tell me what to do or please email me the remedical form so i do it and send it to you. Also tell them that you are going to send your change of address notice through fax.
while writing email and fax write your info like this as below
Title:
Name of Applicant:
DOB of Applicant:
Nationality:
File Number or Client ID Number:
Telephone number:
Type of Application: Permanent Residence in Canada:

Write your mailing address clearly and send it to them.
you are near to get your visa that is why they asked u for re medical, just be patient for some more days.

My husband sent his passport March 20th and 3 weeks ago they update ecas saying a decision has been made on his application. Today when I checked ecas they added medical results have been received.... i emailed them twice once last week once 2 weeks ago to get an update on his passport and they did not respond. What do you guys think maybe happening with his case? Should I email again?

Yes i did submit everything so lets see how much longer do i have to wait. If they are not replying to your emails try sending them fax may be this would help. It has been more then 12 months they didn't even sent a single letter?
