Yea i wrote to them today and miraculously received the lamest reply possible from them which is as follow:


Dear Client,

This is in response to your email (see below).

Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. Applicant's passport was received on 15 Apr 2011.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Please note that we will be unable to reply to messages which do not include either the name AND date of birth of the primary applicant or the file number under which your application is being processed.

Now what does this review means is simply beside me...Can anyone tell what does this means? I have confirmation that they received passport on April 6, 2011 and yet they say they received it on April 15....

It was delivered on April 6th but that does not mean someone opened the envelope to see what was inside. Your passport could have been sitting in mail room for a week and they opened it and updated the system on April 15th.

and today my e-case status changed to decision made

Well that's good news. When did you get this reply? SHould be getting a your passport back soon

When did you send your email? I emailed them regarding my husband's passport last Wed and another last night with no reply. He sent his passport March 19... The status in his ecas changed to decision made 2 weeks ago but still no passport.. I dunno what else to do!!

This is honestly the worst wait.. These days are passing by sooo slowly. Its horrible. At least after waiting almost 2 years for a visa CHC-I can speed up the returning the visa wait. This is bull***... I pray that those that are waiting for PPR and Visas get them soon.

yesterday i sent them email in the morning and got confirmation email but no reply. today when i chkd my email there was an email from their side mentioning that ur file has been finalized. so i chkd my e-case and it also show decision made. now i was happy that most of the time after decision made, it takes 3 4 days to sent them the passport. but now in ur case its been 2 weeks . they are totally unpredictable. what can i say.. send them email and ask abt ur passport inshallah u will get reply. and if u dnt get reply try sending them emails till u got reply from them

Once I wanted to tell this, but then I didn't say coz I am an Afghan and you guys may mind,,, Their economy is strong and they are hard working. They get visa to US also very easily and Canada want more labors so they help china and India to enter canada easily.

Btw Hic can you tell me if u got ur visa back,, I think you had gotten PPR isnt it, if yes plz tell me timelines,, I am upset for my visa

according to the reply i recieved ffrom Hon ministers office today it indicates tht my hubby has been sent a re med letter two weeks baq....he hasnt recieved it as of today....
y is tht so?y dnt we recieve letters on time:S
so depressing

mariah then you should keep emailing them and faxing them..asking them to send it to you through email..because you haven't received anything in the mail.
