my husband always gets a reply even though he is the applicant and I am the sponsor.. and I don't even though I am the sponsor..so that's not set in stone..it's different for everyone

I am the sponsor and I have contacted them twice and they they have replied both times my wife has never emailed...

For people wondering who gets the reply, whether sponsor or applicant, to an email inquiry; I emailed twice, once under my wife's email and once under mine, and got reply both times. Just make sure to include all relevant info in email.

Yes i and my wife both email them and they reply to both of us.

I had to send some documents to my husband and i used registered international canada post. Dont remember exactly but it doesnt cost more than $20, well atleast in Vancouver. and although they say max it could take is 20 something days, my husband got it in 7 or 8 days.
