Max bhai mom is much better dad isnt just pray please .. aint goin there yet .. im waiting for the appeal acknowledgement then id decide what to do .. i found out before appeal i could do ADR which takes less time than appeal lol 1 yr .. is based on just one hearing whatever the judge decides we go from there ..
my lawyer said i have to be here for my hearings .. so lets see kia hota hai

Marya, i guess your husband's file will be processed in ottawa through the ADR..I read about another case on the other forum where the file didn't go back to Islamabad so it was processed much faster .. so Inshallah yours will be processed and completed soon too
