CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

hello everyone... really sad to hear about marya.. yesterday when i read it i was sso tense all day couldnt get it out of my mind.. enyways i hope that something good happens now Insallah

my husband also received a letter from the embassy last week.. asking for his FBI Police Clearance letter from United States of America since he had lived in America previously.. i have applied it already.. they say that it takes upto 6 weeks for them to give me the PCC.. but the letter from CHC i got says that i have to comply on this with in 45 days.. :-\ i dunno how this is gonna work.. i m really worried..i hope everything goes well. have my fingers crossed...eewwww

Woooo why didn't he apply for it in the first place?? It took 4 months for me to receive one.
FBI also doesn't expedite the cases all you can do now is that mark the envelop with expedited processing and include a copy of this letter.
Then pray that everything goes fine.

oh sister dont worry CHC khud konsa kaam time pay kartay hain ke ham un ke ar kaam time time par karay kaho aram say beto ap ka bhab mean USA ka order hai ke it takes six weeks just email them and its ok my friend send all her documentation on 3months it was fine with them konsa wo log pechy bety hain file lay kar ke kaha gay 45 days poora ho giay wo log to khud Allah say mangtay hai ke ham late reply karain hum sub to chc walo pay bhoj hain liken ham be konsa samajty hain wait kar rahy hain jab tak wo log sar say yeh bhoj utha dayin

lolzz.. ur right khan bhai... aap keh tu shahi rahe hain.. laken woh application per decision tu nahi le lain gaye agar hum ne 45 days mein reply nai kia tu??. cuz on every request letter they send it says that if u dont reply in 45 days a decision will be taken on ur application.. is baat se dar lag raha hai ..
wese i have e-mailed them and told them that the US is taking 6 weeks for me to give me the repport.. but they never replied to that..

we didn't knew that we would need that... we sended them PCC for pakistan.. we thought thats all we needed.. but now that they asked.. really? it took 4 months??? i called them n asked them they say it takes upto 6 weeks.. i dunnoo.. where did u applied from? canada? or pakistan?

It is indeed a very very good news and Sidney i know how you be feeling right now. I already went through this and i am sorry for replying late i don't even sit near the computer that much anymore. My husband and i are so busy with the things doing at home and outside and then the baby
but i thought i should get an update from the forum and i just came to know that knaeem bahi got the visa and i am truly and very very happy for the both of you.

n yes i did include the letter i got from Islamabad Embassy... lets see wat happens now.. how long ago did u applied for urs?

I applied for it before i filed my case and first time my finger prints were rejected then i had to resend it so thats why i took 4 months to get one and i applied it from Pakistan

Applied for it in Jan 10 and received April 10.

ya.. idid included the letter from islamabad.. n i also marked it as urgent.. n i sended 2-3 different sets of finger prints to them. so they can choose the best which meets their requirements.. i have applied it from canada on behalf of my husband cuz i knew that if my husband would have applied from pakistan then it would take longer the mail processing and also as u send if their is something missing and stuff u never know.. i tried my best to make it quick .. lets hope from God for something good..
