I also received my GCMS notes. Nothing much new or unexpected. The latest note is from November 14, 2012, which acknowledges that they received some voluntary documents that we sent and the fact that the rukhsati will be in Feb 2013, Insha Allah! Despite that, the file remains in interview queue. I guess the only way for us to get out of this queue is to actually send them proofs of the rukhsati itself. Insha Allah!

Hey all,

Got my notes today. Meh. Says in process.

There is couple of comments i don't understand in "Text:" of notes from paper history when my MP inquired on my case.
"... NTR x1 for PA. All requirements met. <they whiteout a word here but missed last letter 'Cs'> passed. Please send PHEP letter. B/F (letter) 20-10-2012. ..." This is updated in Oct 5 2012 when MP asked and before my visit. Most recent Note is when i sent ISB to inform them on Oct 16th that i will be visiting my wife. Visit note was created on dec 06-2012 when i applied for gcms notes but mentioned that i emailed oct16. :-\

So sitting on PHEP letter for 2 months???? :-X

Better get PPR soon... :-X :-X :-X :-\

Dear my file transfer to islammabad in the same month and embassy requested medical, some updated forms ,travel history and police report in the month of feb.

when my mp inquire the status of my file. mp told me they received medical and add updated forms in your file in oct 26 after that my file transfer to background check this update come in 1 week of nov.

every day i am waiting for my PPr now its 25 month done and 26 month started now... ..

you hope 1-2 month more for your ppr....your file may be in background check ....

That's the same with my hubby's case - I ordered notes in Oct. and saw a note for mid september to send PHEP, however it still has not been sent 4 months later.. it makes me think whether it's not the visa officers to blame it's the admin who is lazy and not doing what they are being told..

I guess we are in similar cases. I debating on initiating a case specific inquiry once I hit the 26th months mark or not... :-\ (for me is Jan 17/18).

CB - from what I know they count the 26 month mark once they receive a full package at Islamabad of if you file went there in Dec 2010 - you're 26 month mark would be Feb 2013

Are you in contact with your local MP?? If not that's the option I would recommend more rather than this case specific inquiry because I don't think they get back to you anytime soon. Ask your MP to look into your case and tell him/her that it's goign to be the 26 month mark in feb. since transfer and already 26 month mark since filed. Sorry I can't remember but was yours a Nikkah case/ or was there any other delay in yours ?
