I have a question to ask. I applied for my husband in April 2012, and ISB office request for more doc(work history, address) in oct 2012. Do u guys think that i should go and visit him start of 2013, or do u guys think that my hubby will get ppr by march 2013.

CHC is too unpredictable. They may complete your case soon if you get lucky, but on an average it takes much longer.

Has anyone had to do a remedical?? Cause they now send clients to Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore at the IOM office. Nothing about it going to NEW DELHI

Sister as i have told you in my earlier post that once your hubby appears IOM office islamabad , kharchi or Lahore. IOM office send his result to new Delhi.bc canadian medical board verify his medical result and than send report to Chc Islamabad

im not sure but i am going to in sha allah call the IOM place and get the tracking from them to see where is ma medical at n how long before my hubby gets visa...... cuz im in a tough situation right now again loll

Started Sponsorship in November 2010,
approval in December 2010
File transferred in January 2011
First request March 2012
Second AOR in June 2012 (jus forgot to add ma sister in laws name so i had to do the AOR again)
November 2012 remed (was send out on Oct 26 same day e case changed to in process) and we got it in November 21 almost a month later...

and now waiting in sha allah for PPR to come so my husband can get his visa and come in sha allah

IOM usually sends medical to New Dehli within a week, if you call them they will confirm if New Dehli received or not. Depending on how far you live from the medical office i guess, may be best to call.

My wife had the same issue and called IOM. They would not provide her the tracking number but confirmed New Delhi received medical and that was the end of their responsibility to it. They told her to contact CHC-ISB to inquire about it. Wife completed medical mid August and results were tracked down beginning of November.

We tried to contact CHC-ISB to inquire with no success due to their response time to an inquiry, however we contacted our local MP office in Canada and they inquired to where the medical was tracked down within days as CAIPS showed calls between Islamabad and New Dehli at my MP office request.

I would suggest contacting your MP office in Canada
