whats ur tym line ....ur hubby already did his Medical ......just asking coz Medical letter also have 3 pages......but for PR if the first page with big big blocks to fill up so for sure its PR.

he went for interview on the 13 and the VO gave him medical by hand on the same day soo today he ha medical and then yesterday he got a call from tcs tht he has a courier from embassy he told his dad to pik it up becoz he wasnt in the city he came to lahore to get his medical done his dad cant read english he only told u tht it has 3 pages im still waiting for his call see wht he says

My timeline is:

march 03 2010 send application to missauga
march 25 2010 recivied acknowlodgement letter
march 27 2010 file transferred to islalmabad
may 27 2010 aked for additional documents
sept 27 2012 sent interview letter
nov 13 2012 went for interview and paed came back wid medical
nov 18 2012 recieved letter but dnt knw wht it is waiting to fine out

As all are now aware, through my wife "sweetgrl896" she received her passport request finally after our application went into process as of June 2010 in Islamabad.

I would like to thank all for their support and guidance. We are one step closer to closing this difficult chapter in our lives and look forward to writing the next.

I pray that Allah will guide all who are waiting to a successful completion of ongoing applications.

Recent Summary: File was placed in interview queue June 2011 and removed from queue July 2012.
File removal from interview queue was at the same time after a letter I wrote explaining our immigration story from start to finish was forwarded by my MP's office to CHC-ISB where file review occured few days after. This started a chain of file updates involving issuing of re-medical and WVR officer review.
Medical was completed in August 2012 but results were not updated until November 2012. WVR officer review was originally to have occurred on August 20, 2012 but got defered to November 7, 2012 after medical results were received. Worth noting medical results were only updated a day after my MP's office contact CHC-ISB, who contacted New Dehli in order to find the medical results which they did.
Needless to say my MP's office pulled through for us after 26 months having gotten three replies with progress within a few weeks, leading to PPR yesterday.

I hope our summary may guide others in a similar situation.

That should be the PPR 3rd page is of Photo Specification so congratz in advance

Hello to all members

i just received Mp inquiry and they told my regarding my file stated below

Background checks are in process

Additional requested documents were received on October 25, 2012

Medicals are valid until April 9, 2013

i didn't send any document in oct i was sanded my medical and police certificate and updated forms in March........


can any body tell me how much time required for the background check ??

i didnot order caips notes. i am thinking that they just open my file in oct as they mention they received my additional documents in oct these updated documents was sanded in march.They updated my file in oct and starting background checks now people are getting pprs and me dieing....

Cry if it takes three month to 1 year i am dieing now..... Sad Sad

Generally they issue remedical when the relationship status is okay with them and they need to issue visa within a year time, hopefully in the next review they will issue PPR, order CAIPS anyways to see next BF date on it, was it a complete marriage?

yes i is complete marriage and i applied through lawyer and provide sufficient proofs such as wedding card ,marriage attended person contact list, pictures , boarding passes , recently in NOV i sanded call record as well.but i dont know why they are delaying my case....
