Her remeds are done, no? They send the remeds when once the background checks are over. Finger crossed, we in the limbo since 2010 will soon be hearing some good news this month.

We have not heard anything since May when CHC Islamabad asked for re pcc, IMM froms, photos of my subsequent visit to my wife and certain originals. we sent everything requested. We were hoping remedical request soon but it is quiet since than.

Though my wife is here with me in canada on visitor visa but we bothare very frustrated and concerned. I need some advice on how to contact and get information on our application status. The application was transferred to Islamabad in June 2011 and online status still shows "Application Recieved" Should I write them email asking for information? Or should I just go ahead and request GCMS notes.
Please folks, will highly appreciate anyone's opinion/advice.

to add to my misery, the mp staff was super rude!!!!!!extremely insulting attitude!!!!!
it was my first time calling the mp and his staff responded as if I was calling them on minute by minute basis..talked down to me as if I was a second class citizen (which I guess I am in canada)..it was the most embarrassing experience I had in Canada....I dont know...I kinda feel things are not going to be good for non whites..pretty soon..i guess indians are exempt from this...
seriously, WTF!!!!!!!!
We got retards running Pakistan, so we choose not to live there....if retards are going to be running this country too, then wtf is the point of living here???

definitely not a misunderstanding....they were condescending...
it wasnt the mp, it was his staff...
either case, will not vote for him, instead will spare some time to let people know about..
ironically, this area is 90% immigrants....
whatever, i dont care if he wins or looses, but his staff cant be talking down to ppl!

I really think there should be some kind of law that can investigate for us to find out what is going on cause from what I see this is unbelieveable don't you think. At the first when we applied it said 18 months then 21 months now up to 26months and it will be a year Sept/12 we sent our application and a year they have it in Islamabad Oct 21/12.
And its especially fustrating when you see others who have had their cases processed from 2011. No disrespect guys/ladies but I'm quite sure you would feel the same if you seen 2012 processed before you.
Tell me people how many of us are still waiting from 2010

True that, Micmac. When I applied the avg time was 16 months, when we married, it was taking barely 10! I guess we should create a list of 2010 applicants who are left behind here. That would give us a clearer picture. I am initiating one now, with details of mine and other 2010 cases that I know of. I would like your kind cooperation in that.
