CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Assalamalaikum all
I have applied for my hus cas in Nov 2010 and he got request for polic cert and some formss and proff of contacts to send in May 2012. He send all and I send them email for inquiry they said documents are recived and attached to application and the file is in que for decision making officcer and then the case will be pushed to next stage of processing.
He didnot receive any re-medical request yet its been 19 months since applied. My concern is that what will happen next and what is next stage that they r talking about. please keep us in your prayers. It getting really hard now

no fence to anyone here but the people that are on the last stage of their process are freaking out more n being impatient then those that are waiting the longest and those that stuck in interview que.

KEEP CALM IT WILL COME TODAY OR TOMORROW
at least u have an idea of where the case is at n will be finalized any day
unlike those who have no idea of wat is happening on their cases n are waiting more then 19 months.

It sucks to see people applying after you are having their case be finalized n done, while u have to wait n watch n yet they complain the most.

Im super happy for everyone that are getting out of this torture but it does hurt a lot to see other getting it over with n u wait n have no idea of wats happening and jus waiting ......... n i feel bad mostly for Jaania sis n others in interview que.

Thank you sweetheart, keep praying for me. I am not in good health these days, same depression, I cant handle the stress anymore.
Lost my job cause all of this. I was on sickness leave which ended in August 2012 so I called work to tell them Im returning and they gave me the finger (oh we had to hire someone else ASAP thing)
Just need everyones prayers, duas and well wishes.

Was planning on going to my MP, but knowing that medicial instructions will be sent out in the coming weeks I know they will just tell us to wait.
Will let you know if I go to my MP of what happens, however if we did not receive this reply I would have gone to my MP's office and put them on the spot about previously telling me that im still within the timeline and no one else received visa's before my wife. I have not heard of any successful applicants who have received good assistance from MP's, I guess it would just provide an opportunity to vent.

She sent the email enquiry on June 24, 2012 so it is taking CHC-ISB a very long time to respond. Others have received replys after a long wait too. InshAllah you will receive a reply soon. When did you send an equiry last?

canpak how are u, i also recvd email reply , i also sent them email on 26 june.
mine remedical also expiring on 15 august but still no ppr , can pak acordng to ur exprnce wat could be the reason , also wen they they put ur file in interview que

CanPak, I had sent it June 2nd and now just finished sending them another email asking for an update.
I also re-sent a request to the Ministry for a reply, they have not replied for over 60 days now and they
usually reply to me within 30 days.
Keep praying it is the Holy month of Ramadan and ALLAH SWT is listening to our Duas
Keep me posted ... INSHALLAH we will get GOOD news this month, since they have to send us letter 4-6 weeks prior to interview.

I find it strange that they process 2011 first before 2010.
I mean no disrespect to the ones who received visa's. What I do mean is this in all laws of Canada in taxes is first come first served if its a simple income tax file. In hospitals it is run the same way unless its an emergency then they take first priority in that case. But it seems with Immigration they start working on cases in the next year without thinking that it fustrates us to no end.
I know I can`t take this much longer it angers me so much and like that case 30ths.
In my opinion they are dragging it out to see how long you would put up with this kind of behaviour. Maybe its time all us cases of 2010 should contact the media and let them find out for us.
Immigration does not seem to want to tell us so lets find out if there is another way. What do you all think about this??
