Received a letter from ISL (that was sent in mid June) to fill out IMM8, Schedule-A, IMM5406 and suprisingly AfghanNationals-Form-en.pdf file. My wife is a Pakistani national never stepped foot in Afghanistan. Anyone else with similar experience.

you can fill out all the forms and fill pakistani nationals form and leave afghan one... in your cover letter you can explain the situation politely..try to be polite. i m sure they meant supp form for pakistani national
