ASSALAMOALICUM i have a gud newz to share that

By the grace OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH i got my PPR+REMED request

finallllllllllllllllly i m very very very happy its my second letter issued on

13th june n sent it by PAKISTANPOST n recieved it today first letter sent on16th may

but i cant recieved it our MP is veryvery helpful n very supportive my hubbi told him everythin

n he take an action he sent email to CHCI on 12thjune he tell about that my lost letter n then 13th june they send me a letter again n ialso got a call from chci ABOUT address confrmation so finally thiz step is
over for me .. ALLHUMDULILHA !

My wife's ecase has been changed to “Decision Made”, so its mean passport is on its way back in 2 to 3 days. Passport was delivered on June 14th and I guess visa was processed within 5 days.

We got Re-medical request June 6th and Police Cert request couple of days ago.

lately it has changed

chc saves alot of money when sending thru pakistan post

also pakistan post is widely accissible in pakistan and TCS is only for cities

they can send it through TCS (COD) they dont have to pay a single penny

Yes Mr. Jason Kenney: Because he is the head of the department and more complaint he gets, it would be better of us so he can either send a team which would do the audit for the chc Islamabad and find out why those cases had not been handled and if we don't complain then they don't care. It is a simple logic. more complaint the head office gets: more action or some action would be taken. So please keep on complaining to the head office ( to the minister). If we sit back and wait forever, we are the one would suffer not them. So go ahead and ask them why is it taking so long & it is difficult to comprehend how students, entrepreneurs, skill workers and even visitors are able to receive visas in comparatively short times as little as two months. whenever these applicants have to undergo various background checks not unlike sponsored spouses who have already submitted their medicals, police clearance certificates, marriage certificates, etc. So why are sponsored spouses put through the long and torturous process that they now face?
It seems that there is a two tier immigration system in place; one tier for foreign spouses and one for all other categories. Perhaps it is simply a matter of administrative resource allocation. In any event, keeping spouses apart for so long is unfair and not in keeping with Canada's humanitarian traditions. American or British nationals in similar situations appear to have significantly less waiting periods. The spousal sponsorship situation is such that there are now websites where applicants can air their grievances (for example: www.canadavisa.com). It is disturbing that it has come to that. This website indicates that some 2011 applicants have been accepted while many 2010 applicants are still waiting.

Congratulations...I am very happy for you and your husband "insaan2011"...

Inshallah everything will workout for you...please pray for me too....its been 2.5 months since my wife submitted her passport and the case is still in process. The passport is not back with visa yet. I really don't know what is going on. No one knows what is going on. Except Allah (swt). We can just pray.

As I said that I sent them proofs of my all visits, couple of emails, GCMS inquiry 4 weeks ago.. ??? ???

No case specific inquiry..

So far no re-med !!!

ull be getting re-med if u havent recieved ur re-med..coz u dunt fall in the category of medical extension as we all are frm 2010..so ull get re-med n ppr together..this is wat i thnk...n inshaallah all prayers r for u so re-med n ppr comes together..
