CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

I submitted my wife's application in January 2011 to Mississuaga and it was on Web CHC-Islamabad March 25, 2011 and since then it was in process. In January 2012 the address was disappread and last week it reappreaded and today it is showing decision made and letter has been issued.

Nothing anything. Again explaining. I submitted my wife's sponsopship application in January 2011 and it was forwarded to Islamabad in March and was shown on CHC Islamabad that application received on March 25, 2011 and it is IN PROCESS. In the meantime I emailed three times and received a standared reply that your application is in process and be patient. In January 2012 the address was disappread and it reappred last week and today it is showing that decision has been made and letter is issued. I don't know that what decision has been made. I am working here in Canada since six years and my wife also works in Pakistan. We both don't have any financial problem.

Decision made shows up after visa is issued since they have asked ur wife for nothing and they are sending u a letter

I need your opinion about the following sentence. In fact, In Process has been changed to Decision Made and the following is added:

“We sent you a letter on June 6, 2012 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us”.

Up-till-now, my wife didn't receive any letter. My question is that it would be re-medical or any other quarry. Since March 2011, we didn't receive any letter or call.

This doesn't sound good, they should have ask for re medical - did u have any other problems with yr case? Did u send everything that they asked for in the beginning?

All forms were filled by immigration lawyer, a letter from employer. About 90 wedding pictures. My trip to Pakistan (after marriage) both passports ( Canadian and Pakistani) showing entry and exit. PIA boarding passes and tickets. Each and everything whatever I was reading from Canadavisa.forum.

And from my case applied it has been 29 months complete!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question: Did you sponsor your spouse from AFG or PAK...If AFG, than which courier did your spouse used to send the documents to CHC-I

My wife sending their letters through DHL & TNT courier, both of them are good but DHL will not accept personal photos, but TNT can accept & it is cheaper then DHL.

my GCMS they r really weird
seems like from previous century lol
what does FRP means ???
there is only page it about Rcord check title on the form ..anf columns ...they mentioned review dates and infront of that when file created
docs attached

and file comments bilkul samj nhe aa rah
As Per FRP agay pta nhe kia ..
there is no criminality background check they send us this page and our application along with proofs pic and my hubby history thats all

First think first. The status on ecase is not always what it actually is.
Secondly, did they send you a letter before which did not reach you and now they want to close the file.
I think wait until you get the letter, they will not refuse the application without giving you a fair chance to defend yourself.

So wait, do not panic..
